I can’t get rid of my urinary tract infections and yeast infections. Please help me!

I keep getting urinary tract infections and yeast infections. I drink MAYBE one pop a week. I don’t drink caffeine or hardly anything with carbonation. I drink water ALL the time, and milk. Chronic yeast infections!! HELP!!?

I have had a yeast infection(s?) for the past year or so now. I keep getting put on medications that don’t do anything.
