Do I have trichomoniasis or a yeast infection?

Ever since I had strep throat & had to take antibiotics, I’ve been having female problems. I’ve had a lot of discharge, at first it had no smell but then later it started smelling, so much now that I feel like I can smell it while fully clothed sitting at my desk. It’s not a horrible smell, just strong and doesn’t seem to be a fishy smell. It’s thick, yellow, and whitish. It doesn’t seem to be frothy, just kind of thick. The rest of my vulva area gets very dry, like the skin is dry and it hurts to wipe when I pee and it’s uncomfortable to have sex.

I’m going to go to the doctor I guess although I really don’t want to because I’m embarrassed because trichomoniasis is an std, I believe and plus the discharge looks and smells kinda gross.

yes men can get trich, its just hard for them to notice it, most men dont have any symptoms. You usually start seeing symptoms in women in between 4-28 days of initial infection. You can get trich alot of ways, even usuing someones towel who has it. If it goes untreated it can turn to pelvic inflammatory disease which is strong abdominal cramps and back pain and is dangerous.
